Systems Personnel places consultants and temporary staff with client organizations via our administrative back-office company (Top Echelon Contracting) which carries comprehensive insurance protection and offers employee benefits to contractors.
- Technical, Professional, and Healthcare Consultants serve as subject matter experts or skilled professionals to companies for a specific length of time or for a specific project. By using contractors, a company can remain lean by maintaining their permanent headcount and bringing in additional help only when needed. Contractors can work remotely or on-site, and can offer full-time or part-time hours depending upon needs and availability.
