Systems Personnel was founded
in 1989 as a permanent placement firm performing contingent searches
for client companies in our local area. Very quickly, however, we recognized the
varied staffing needs of our clients and candidates and set a goal
to service those needs as thoroughly as we could. We now perform
a variety of placement and staffing services on a nationwide basis. All
fees are paid by client companies, and there is never a fee to candidates.
Systems Personnel offers both Contingent Search and Engaged
Search options for clients needing our recruiting services
for permanent positions. In a Contingent Search, the client
pays a fee only if our efforts result in the hiring of a candidate. Some
positions, however, require a more intense and concentrated effort
to fill. In these instances, an exclusive Engaged Search
may be the right approach. We are happy to tailor our services
to meet our client's particular needs for any given search.
Interim Management is a human
resource solution whereby an experienced, senior level manager
is engaged by a company for a short to medium period of time to
manage transition, crisis or change within a company. A permanent role may be unnecessary
or there may be insufficient time to make a permanent hire. Internally,
there may not be anybody suitable, or available, for the position. Interim
Management is most appropriate when you have a short to medium-term
need for a particular type of expertise. Whatever the reason,
Systems Personnel can offer Interim Management solutions based on
your specific organizational needs.
Contract Staffing allows a
company to bring in top-notch professionals for a specific length
of time or a specific project. By using contractors, a company can remain lean by lowering their permanent headcount and bringing in additional help only when needed. The contractor can become
an employee of our contract division, Top Echelon Contracting, Inc.,
and we will handle all of the administrative work involved with employees. Contractors
don’t have to worry about the billing and collections efforts,
so they can just concentrate on the project at hand.
For additional flexibility, we also offer a Temp-to-Perm
Hiring option. This is ideal when you want to evaluate
a candidate or company before committing to a permanent position. This
option is also useful when the funds for a direct hire are not
immediately available. A temp-to-perm hire can be on board
quickly, and can then convert to a permanent employee at a later
point in time.
